Free Flowers for Nonprofits & Healthcare Heroes

During the COVID emergency, the Farm is distributing free bouquets to healthcare workers at local hospitals, including Miriam, Rhode Island Hospital and Newport Hospital.

Normally, the Farm delivers free flowers via a network of more than 20 nonprofit partners who then distribute them directly to their patients and client communities. These partners include local hospitals, hospices, recovery centers, shelters, senior centers and at-risk youth programs.

For example, the Farm partner with Meals on Wheels of Rhode Island to deliver free bouquets to housebound seniors.

As our capacity grows, we add more partners to our delivery list each year. (See below to apply.) Partner requirements:

  • You must be a 501c3 nonprofit serving people in stressful situations.

  • You must distribute all flowers to your clients. Flowers are not for your staff, donors or volunteers. (For event rentals click here.)

  • You should be within Rhode Island.
